One day, in a fit of anxiety over finding a particular piece of information, our CEO, Kelly, counted. Her results?

Yet, what does she spend most of her day doing? Email, messaging, research, documentation, and keeping a task list.
Which fundamentally breaks down to four basic elements: Notes, contacts, communications, and time management.
